This is my first post and I've never "blogged" before. So Easter 2014 has come and gone. Unfortunately it was a very bad day for me, 15 minutes before church I went to put on my Easter dress. Much to my dismay the darn thing didn't fit. It wouldn't fit over my hips.... I was devastated!!!
I've been walking and exercising for the last few months so I thought surely the dress would fit.
After crying hysterically and squeezing myself into a dress that looked too tight, I went to church, lunch with family, then home. I thought a lot about how I was going to lose weight. I'm going to Florida on June 7th. After talking to a friend I decided to order AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge.
So I started a blog to share my successes and hopefully not my failures but I'm sure there will be a few. I also wanted to be held accountable. So, Tell me your experience through AdvoCare, dieting and exercise.... Let's support each other in this Battle of the Bulge.
